We warmly welcome touring sides!
Touring teams have always been welcome at THCC Rot-Gelb and the city of Hamburg has so much to offer that visiting teams can be guaranteed an unforgettable experience, both on and off the field. With a large pool of players to choose from, we will always aim to put out a team which ensures maximum enjoyment for both sides. THCC Rot-Gelb offers full clubhouse facilities including a bar and restaurant. The barbeques in the innings break or after the match are also very popular.
So if your club is planning a tour next season, please get in touch early – e.g. by sending a mail to cricket@thcc-rot-gelb.de to arrange dates and avoid disappointment. Due to our busy league season, the best months are July to September but enquiries are welcome for any date.

THCC Rot-Gelb hosted our invitational side, “Tarzan’s Touring XI”, in August 2014 with such generous hospitality and enjoyable sportsmanship that I would recommend them to any team considering a tour fixture. From a last minute inquiry for a group travelling from the UK they generously fielded a competitive and friendly team, a grass pitch and a sumptuous tea at the interval! What more could you ask for?

What a fantastic trip! Crawford’s Commandos XI toured in July 2014 and found THCC to be excellent hosts during our time in Hamburg and at the club. The cricket was played in such a great spirit with all the members making us feel welcome. The facilities were perfect for our weekend out, with a great bar, BBQ lunch and beautiful surrounds all adding to an overall cracking weekend. Such a fantastic time was had, that we have invited them back over here to England for a return touring fixture. Thanks THCC and the best of luck for next season. We hope to be playing you again soon!!!
